What is your complete return policy?
- If an item is broken during shipping, we will review the claim for substantial evidence through our support email (email@example.com) and exchange it for a new version of the same item.
- Small dents or chips will not warrant an exchange. The exchange is at the discretion of our customer service team.
- If an item is not broken or damaged then the sale is final.
Where do you currently ship your products?
For our initial product launch, we are only shipping to the United States. Thank you for your patience, and we look forward to growing and shipping internationally for future collections.
Where are your products made? Are they made ethically?
All of our products featured in Collection One are locally and ethically handcrafted from clay by local wholesalers in Texas. We strive to create real products made by real people. Every mug, candle, or diffuser is created by someone with real stories and experiences.
My item is damaged. What do I do?
If your item arrives damaged or broken you can reach out to our customer service (firstname.lastname@example.org). We will review your damage claim and if substantial evidence of a broken item is presented, then we will exchange your broken item for a new one.
Are you eco-friendly?
We prioritize being an eco-friendly company. In all aspects of our business, from products to packaging, we seek to be as sustainable as possible. At Homestead, we are trying to bring attention to the beauty of the earth, not harm it.

Why isn't all shipping free?
Free shipping is something we would obviously love to offer, however we are not a massive organization. We have tried our best to cut down on the cost of shipping for the customer. We are currently not able to provide free shipping for all orders, but we do offer free shipping on orders over 75$. Thank you for your support!
